As the Principal of The British Sikh School (Khalsa Academies Trust) I welcome you and your children to our unique school. At our school, we put our students’ learning needs first and foster a love for lifelong learning. We believe that we should equip our students with the necessary academic and vocational skills which will enable them to successfully contribute to our society whilst developing their moral character. A moral character based on the Sikh Principles of ‘Beyond Academic Achievement, Beyond the Individual and Beyond Selflessness’. All of which are central to promoting the moral ethos of The British Sikh School.
As a school, we have a team of hardworking and committed staff, whose main goal is to nurture a positive, warm and caring environment where your child can learn and grow as a responsible citizen.
We work closely with parents, members of the community and visitors and believe that it is by working with our local and wider community, that we can promote the core values of the British Sikh School.
We aim for excellence for both the school and our students as we wish to develop a culture of independent and confident thinkers, ready to make a positive contribution to our society.
Our second year sees the on-going preparations for moving to our permanent site and we look forward to sharing this journey with you towards an outstanding future!
